Every person is entitled to basic human rights and the freedom to develop their full potential. We will respect, and work to promote, these rights.
Respect
Everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. We will respect the culture, knowledge, skills and experience of the people with whom we work.
Interdependence

Integrity
Integrity and honesty are vital in maintaining trust and confidence. We will work in an open and transparent manner to ensure the highest standards of professionalism throughout the organisations
